IGT is a global leader in gaming, enabling players to experience their favorite games across all channels and regulated segments, from gaming machines and lotteries, to interactive/social games. A portion of IGT’s revenues come from gaming operations service, with the placement of more than 20,000 asset machines on customer properties. Identifying poor-performing machines is time critical to efficient casino floor space allocation and improved revenues for both the customer and IGT.
Using agile methodology and an in-memory database as the enterprise data warehouse, IGT is now able to deliver actionable Tableau dashboards to proactively manage asset games in near real-time. These dashboards have the ability to be integrated into Salesforce applications, used by our account managers, and consumed across multiple platforms including mobile devices.
