Senior Product Manager, Tableau
Isaac discovered his love for computing at age 10, when he independently invented the (unbeknownst to him) well-known sorting algorithm merge sort. Despite his obvious calling, Isaac studiously avoided databases for many years, before encountering and embracing them in graduate school. Today, Isaac works on Tableau's data back-end, helping to make it easy for analysts to query and prepare data. Prior to Tableau, Isaac spent 10 years at Microsoft, working on databases, geospatial systems, and temporal query processing.
