Technical Operations (TechOps) is Tableau’s IT and project management organization responsible for supporting Tableau’s corporate and development IT infrastructure and operations. In this session, you will learn how TechOps uses Tableau to manage its project portfolio and multi-million dollar capital and operational budget on a daily basis using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Mobile, Tableau Server and Tableau Online. TechOps’ Project Management Office will demonstrate how Tableau visualizes Workfront data to raise visibility, drive accountability, and help deliver projects on time and under budget. TechOps’ business manager will demonstrate how financial and operational data from various applications (Anaplan, Coupa, Excel, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Smartsheet, AWS) is visualized to measure financial performance, develop KPIs, get answers faster, drive accountability, and influence user behavior for the best financial and operational results.
