For the past several years, EMC has been focused on developing field service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance their field service organization. The improved transparency into the service organization has driven significant increases in customer-focused optimization. Steve has led the development of these critical metrics with an emphasis on effective visualization of the data. This focus has allowed for enhanced decision making across the spectrum of EMC management from the executive levels through to the field service teams and customers.
