Christian Chabot is Chairman and Co-founder of Tableau Software (NYSE: DATA) and has led the company to thirteen consecutive years of record sales and customer growth. Under Chabot’s leadership, Tableau has grown from a revolutionary idea to make data useful for everyone into one of the fastest growing technology companies in the world. With multinational operations in fifteen cities, Tableau has grown to more than 46,000 customer accounts in 150 countries. The company has been named a “best place to work” numerous times. Christian started his career as a data analyst at Cornerstone Research, a consulting firm, where he first became a bona fide data geek. He is the author of Understanding the Euro: The Clear and Concise Guide to the Trans-European Currency (McGraw-Hill), which he wrote as a Robert Bosch Foundation Fellow. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS from Stanford’s School of Engineering.
